Terminology used to indicate a type of virtual world that tries to replicate reality through digital devices, the metavers is also considered a shared collective and virtual space made up of the sum of “virtual reality”, “augmented reality” and the internet.
Born in Sao Paulo, Luciana Vidigal has a solid track record with over 30 years in planning and executing communication strategies. His professional career developed in large media agencies, where he worked for more than 9 years in customer service, media, promotion, press relations and events. After this experience, he chose to start and open his own communication agency, Perspectiva Comunicación, where he worked for more than 18 years with major brands in various sectors such as: agribusiness, human and animal nutrition, automotive, association (federation and institution), consumption, among others.
“Due to the degree of innovation, people’s expectations and doubts about the metavers will be immense. That’s why credibility and trust will be the metavers ’most valuable coins. Both will guide the consumer’s journey, which will face a repertoire of disruptive possibilities, unknown and even perceived at first as frightening, “says Luciana.
The meeting is part of Abracom’s actions in Rio Grande do Sul, which is led by journalist and businesswoman Martha Becker, appointed for the 2022/2024 biennium in April this year. “Offering rich and current content like this strengthens us as an association here in Rio Grande do Sul, a state in which our main challenge is to mobilize all corporate communication agencies so that, together, we can define the best paths for our sector, which is currently experiencing a period of digital transformation and acceleration, ”says Martha Becker.
In 2022, Abracom completed 20 years of operations in Brazil, where it has more than 180 associated companies. Since 2009 in Rio Grande do Sul, the entity has played an important role in the maturity and consolidation of agencies in the state. Currently, the corporate communications market employs more than 17,000 professionals and, in 2020 alone, moved R $ 3.02 billion to the country, a growth of 5% over the previous year.
